windows 8.1 upgrade to windows 10 pirated

Hello,

My laptop came with windows 8.1; I had to upgrade it to windows 10  for adobe creative cloud since creative cloud soft wares dont work on windows 8.1(THIS IS NOT FAIR). The tech person upgraded my genuine windows to Windows 10  cracked version. I didn't know but I can see from the appearance of it. It does not sound genuine. My question is, I once upgraded my genuine windows to windows10  for free then the tech guy down graded it to windows 8.1 again.  So is there any record of my older windows 10 key I can re install on my system? Plus they put ssd and hdd both on my system when i asked for increasing my ram since i have 4g ram i wanted to add 4g more or adobe cc softwares to work fine. SO do  u think my windows 8.1 key will still be embedded and I can reinstall it?

So, if Windows 8.1 Home was installed then you must install the Home edition of Windows 10, if Windows 8.1 was the Pro or Enterprise edition you must install the Pro edition of Windows 10

If that says Windows 8 Pro, then you already have the correct edition installed. If you do suspect that is not a genuine copy, then you should backup your data and clean install Windows 10 Pro . . .

The edition that was installed during the free upgrade period would have matched your WIndows 8.1 edition

I cannot be 100% sure your WIndows is legitimate, because there are many, many ways t crack WIndows

Yes, if you have Windows 10 installed, you are entitled to all new versions free of charge . . .

    As Dave has stated your Windows version is genuine if it show activated with a digital license.

    Your Win 8 key should still be embedded in the BIOS, Run this cmd within powershell with admin powershell “(Get-WmiObject -query ‘select * from SoftwareLicensingService’).OA3xOriginalProductKey” 

    Or wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey if using cmd prompt. 

    Or: Check this program to reveal if there’s a key embedded in the BIOS:

    Or: Download and run this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/showkeyplus/9pkvzcprx9nv to find all keys used on the PC. 

    Also run this to see what is currently installed & post a screenshot:

    Right click on start & choose powershell with admin & enter: slmgr.vbs /dlv 

    This will show a popup showing whether your license is OEM, Retail, or Volume amongst other information.

    If it says Retain then it is 100% genuine.

    I did this : slmgr.vbs /dlv ; it says , product key channel = retail :

     then i wrote this in powershell as admin:

    "(Get-WmiObject -query ‘select * from SoftwareLicensingService’).OA3xOriginalProductKey", My product key was revealed, but this is the key I am running right now what would be the key embedded in my windows BIOS?
