HAD WINDOWS 10 FOR 3 YEARS SAME PC. NO PROBLEMS THEN LAST 6 WEEKS BOTTOM LEFT HAD SCREEN I HAVE MESSAGE ACTIVATE WINDOWS GO TO SETTINGS TO ACTIVATE WINDOWS. I FINALLY WORKED OUT HOW TO DO THIS BUT GOT ERROR 0X80070002 TRY LATER.

I ALSO HAVE NO SOUND. AND SOME SITES HAVE TROUBLE WITH. LIKE WOOLWORTHS, I PUT THINGS IN SHOPPING CART LIKE 1 WATERMELON THEN 1 TEABAGS THEN THE 1 WATERMELON DISAPPEARS FROM CART. THEN WHEN TRY ON LOGIN IT ASKS OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN FOR PASSWORD AND EMAIL ADDRESS. THESE 2 PROBLEMS ALSO STARTED 6 WEEKS AGO.

I USE SEARCH ENGINE FIREFOX AND HAVE DONE FOR LONG TIME.

    I was NOT yelling. I have very bad eye sight and using capitals makes it easier for me to see and for me not to squint. I will try not using capitals even if it does mean I have to squint.

    My PC time is around 5 minutes fast. Date and month and year are correct.

    This has only happened around 6 weeks ago when Dr PC came round and fixed USB drive.

    Would this have anything to do with the problem? Microsoft also added program Your Phone. Now I am unable to delete this program. My mobile phone doesn't have Internet so why add it?

    What OS build are you on?  Hit the Windows key, type winver, hit Enter.

    Or Windows key+r, winver, OK

    My PC has been bought from the US by my son's uncle. I have been using it for about six months without any kind of problems. But for the last three weeks, there is a notification that I have to activate the windows 10. When I have been trying to active it, an error code was sent. The error code is 0x8007007B. I can't still activate. What shall I do?
