HAD WINDOWS 10 FOR 3 YEARS SAME PC. NO PROBLEMS THEN LAST 6 WEEKS BOTTOM LEFT HAD SCREEN I HAVE MESSAGE ACTIVATE WINDOWS GO TO SETTINGS TO ACTIVATE WINDOWS. I FINALLY WORKED OUT HOW TO DO THIS BUT GOT ERROR 0X80070002 TRY LATER.

I ALSO HAVE NO SOUND. AND SOME SITES HAVE TROUBLE WITH. LIKE WOOLWORTHS, I PUT THINGS IN SHOPPING CART LIKE 1 WATERMELON THEN 1 TEABAGS THEN THE 1 WATERMELON DISAPPEARS FROM CART. THEN WHEN TRY ON LOGIN IT ASKS OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN FOR PASSWORD AND EMAIL ADDRESS. THESE 2 PROBLEMS ALSO STARTED 6 WEEKS AGO.

I USE SEARCH ENGINE FIREFOX AND HAVE DONE FOR LONG TIME.

    I recommend that you create a bootable USB stick.

    I downloaded Windows 10 onto a USB, have tried to then download it to PC but keep getting an error message. It tells me to turn PC off and to reboot it. Will keep trying!

    My USB stick is 128MG. When I put it into USB slot it says USB is faulty and needs to be formatted.

    This is why I have a PC technician come and check it out before Christmas and ever since nothing but problems. He said because I chose one with big memory the USB drive details needed to be changed.

    I will give it a go. using USB, will let you know how I get on. Thanks for the reply MarcTec13!

    I recommend that you create a bootable USB stick.

    You need a minimum 8GB USB stick.

    Then use the "Create Windows 10 installation media" to create a bootable UBS stick. Once it is created (this will take a while) you will need to boot from the stick and reinstall your PC.

    Yes I found all this information, what am I suppose to do with it? I have tried in install Windows 10 again. Left the PC all alone whilst we went out, came back got same message that it failed.

    As for sound I am using the USB in front of PC same as I use for USB drive and when I stuck in a USB thingy it was talking about fixing and confiscating it. So as to why that is playing up again after I paid someone to fix it makes me angry!

    My PC has been bought from the US by my son's uncle. I have been using it for about six months without any kind of problems. But for the last three weeks, there is a notification that I have to activate the windows 10. When I have been trying to active it, an error code was sent. The error code is 0x8007007B. I can't still activate. What shall I do?

    This could be due to a geo-mismatch if you are not located in the US while using the machine.  Doing a phone activation may fix this issue.  The link below provides information on how to do Activation by Phone.
