I also have the same question. I need PC Accelerate OFF!!!!! My computer.

Did you try uninstalling the program in Safe Mode/Safe Mode with Networking?

Any new browser extensions or items in startup that need removing?

Hey there freddie the ad pops up when i turn on the pc but i cant seem to find the app and i have a anti virus but it dosent seem to find the virus can you please get back to me as soon as possible.

When you go to programs and features and go to uninstall, it should be listed as "NoblePCAP". That is what you will want to uninstall to remove this.
