Changelog for Cumulative updates released on Feb 11th 2020 are as under:

Before installing this update, you would be offered KB4538674 which is the latest servicing stack update. If one wants to install the cumulative update manually, installing KB4538674 is strongly recommended.

Additional Information for users hitting temporary profile issue on 21/02/2020:

Microsoft is aware of some customers logging into temporary profile after installing KB4532693, on both versions 1903 and 1909.

  • Rebooting into Safe Mode* and then starting back in normal Mode should resolve this issue for most customers.
  • You may uninstall any secure banking software or anti-virus in the temporary profile which may resolve this if the above steps do not help.

*To boot into Safe mode, Click Shift+Restart button on the login screen, select Advanced options>Startup Settings>Select 1 for the booting to safe mode. Restarting the computer should start the computer in normal mode. For booting into Safe mode, you would be asked for a password instead of a PIN if you have set.

    Since the feature update to Windows 10, version 1909:

    Anybody have any performances issue where your machine locks up for about 2 minutes - can't do anything, not even check task manager.  I checked the logs and no events triggered anywhere.  Happens about every 2 days.  Never had it before since the feature update.

    One thing this recent update did is this:

    I have not be able to update my machine for close to ten months - one day it just failed on a range of stuff and after posting to forums on it no solution and spent weeks on it; gave up.  Lot of people have problems with Windows 10 updates including personal friends, thought it was just me until the forums showing thousands of people  You can't turn off the updates in Windows 10 like in Windows 7 and  you could push it so far out and then it has to update.

    But now, it updates, so  feature update appeared to get it back on track.

    dear

    In windows 10 has option to refresh windows by update all software, After i press to refresh windows then after 1 min running the pc sudden shutdown, after that come blue screen and i try to repair windows by all ways but still same issue, after that i format the pc & and reinstall new windows 10 by portable flash memory then still same. after that i installed windows 7 then the problem solved (now work probably. but i cannot updated to windows 10 and i lost the original windows. Kindly advise

    Multiple attempts to install KB4532693 have failed.  I believe the recommendation is to boot in safe mode and try to install the update.  My problem is that my microsoft password is not accepted when I try to boot up in safe mode.  I usually sign in with my pin.  My microsoft password works fine to sign into my microsoft account on-line.  Is there another windows password I should have?  Since I sign in with a pin, that means I do not have a local account setup, is that correct?
