Cannot print since latest Windows 10 update

Hi there,

One of our users can no longer print since her laptop got the most recent Windows 10 updates (her laptop is up-to-date as of this morning).

One of three things happens when she tries to print:

-- The application shows all the installed printers in the drop-down, but when she clicks print, nothing happens

-- The application shows all the installed printers in the drop-down, but when she clicks print, she gets an error saying there are no printers installed

-- The application does not show any printers

The printers are all showing in control panel.

It is not even possible to print to PDF.

I have tried restarting the print spooler service in services.msc but that hasn't helped.

Any advice?

Uninstall  KB4524147 and/or  KB4517211

    my problem after updating windows 10 I've lost my e-mails all of 2019 to now

    Daughter who's the printer say she just got it working. She thinks either by going back to windows 7 or right back to when she purchased the pc this April.  She's not good with pcs and I'm not at work today. She had to reinstall everything from from start up. But now happy...and not wanting to let windows doc any more updates. They're a real pain.Good luck
