Unable to update 2020-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4528760) - Error 0x800f0831

As the title says.  I have tried downloading and installing manually and through windows update.  This will not install.  Any help?

    Well, as nobody replied here and I got fed up with trying and searching, I have completely re-installed Windows 10. After installation all updates installed fine and my Problem is solved.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I totally agree with you.

    This is not what one expect from company with Microsoft reputation. It is not first time that MS issue faulty update or App, specually for Windows 10.

    Apparently MS is far from what it was.

    Your welcome. Not sure why MS would not post this instead of having many users hunting endless threads to try and find a resolve! Took me several months to find this on my own! I hope others see this and try it to resolve there issue.
