Wireless bluetooth earphones keep disconnecting...

I bought Realme buds wireless bluetooth earbuds recently. I started using them with my phone and it worked just fine. But when I used it with my laptop (Asus FX570UD) it works for sometime and then automatically disconnects and the same problem persists when I reconnect it again. I tried troubleshooting but it is of no use. I need help with why it keeps disconnecting frequently??

no, it didn't work for me. because when you uninstall Bluetooth driver , windows automatically install a new one.

Windows will do that automatically as when you uninstall in the device manager, the driver has not been removed from the root. I faced a similar problem as Realtek driver used to reinstall after rebooting. So used a third part utility to uninstall: https://www.driverscape.com/download.

Driverscape utility worked for me to uninstall the system Realtek bluetooth driver from root. After I rebooted, windows installed the Microsoft Generic bluetooth adapter, which works perfectly with realme buds wireless. Try this method to uninstall and let me know if it worked for you.

    see,after scrolling through whole thread i don't find any permanent solution sincle this problem is due to realtek bluetooth adapter,which is used by many manufacturers like-Asus,Lenovo so i dont think even manufacturers have solution to this alternatively they can chnage  the driver by update,but manufacturers cheat their user by  not reporting and resolving this issue.so i browse through realtek website where they have email id  *** Email address is removed for privacy *** for technical support related to audio codecs and all,i urge and request everyone here to send a mail to them with link of this community thread.probably this might solve our problem.Please do it for permanent solution.

    email id is removed for privacy so i am pasting it as  pctech#realtek.com just replace # by @.
