I ran SFC and DSIM many times and got the same error message :
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log %WinDir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log.
When I open CBS.log and found there is a one of the error :
00003967 [SR] Could not reproject corrupted file ??\C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\Modules\Defender\MSFT_MpComputerStatus.cdxml; source file in store is also corrupted
There have TWO \ in front MSFT_MpComputerStatus.cdxml, is it the reason?

2019-08-01T17:18:27+00:00 This has also happened years ago (Windows 10 Version 1607). The advice was to ignore it. My list of problem files shown in CBS.log was the same.
I have found that running DISM with RestoreHealth enables sfc /scannow to successfully repair, as long as you wait several minutes between running DISM and sfc.
I have found no difference running DISM between CMD and Powershell, other than some DISM command syntax changes required at times in PowerShell. The difference may be that some time had passed prior to the second attempt, enabling file activity to finish.

"you can safely ignore the SFC error messages regarding these files."
SFC repairs the corruption automatically. There is no "safely ignore" possable.

2019-08-01T15:51:53+00:00 It is a new problem with 1903 and all the files listed bellow are corrupt according to SFC after the install of 1903 but they are in the "WindowsPowerShell" folder. I ran the DISM commands first and then the SFC /scannow command in a DOS Admin window not in the PowerShell window on 3 different laptops with the same results. The PowerShell window is not as good as the DOS window as I learned the hard way.
