I have a few Windows 10 Pro x64 1903 (with 2019-05 or 06 cumulative update) having an issue where when you use the modern Settings app > Devices > Printers & Scanners, when you click on an existing printer, the printer below it does not drop down making space for the the "Open queue" and "Manage" buttons, instead the buttons overlay the lower printer, but won't allow you to click on the buttons, therefore you can't manage the printer.

I am seeing this EXACT same issue on all of my users as well.  Running 1903 x86.

You can still access the legacy devices and printers snap in from the control panel, which still can be used to accomplish these tasks while we wait for Microsoft to fix the bug.

Windows 10 is actually one of the best builds of Windows and continues to get better.  I wouldn't say one settings panel having a bug makes all of the advanced security progress being made on the platform horrible.  Something like this would be insanely hard to catch in testing.

The issue posted here is purely related to manage printers panels not functioning for non-admin users.

    Same here. Windows 10  1903

This version of windows is not properly listening to my Power Option 'Maximum Processor State'

And my Printer is no longer working, heck even the Shortcut to 'Epson Scan' i placed on my desktop, is gone. Half of the files for my printer are still there, and a whole bunch of them are literally gone.
