Hey JP, Ive noticed there are a few driver issues with windows 10 not picking the driver up nor windows update.
If you go to
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=+HP+Envy
You should find a driver in there that will help.
Few points to not, In Device manager, select view show hidden devices, is it showing now but transparent?
If so get the details of hardware ID from it such as this
You may also be able to search the catalogue using the first part from VID_045E&PID_0294 to identify your exact driver in their database otherwise you need check package details
If you find the correct one extract the cab. right click the inf. select install and it should then appear in device manager, at this point you should restart your system
Really hope this helps. I've had to use it twice myself to get devices to pick up, kind regards
Mark
