To all --
I'm using Win10 Pro (Version 1903 - Build 18362.295) w/ Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Android 8.0.0, not rooted). I see intermittent message duplications when I use the Windows 10 Your Phone app to send messages; so far, I can't find any clear reason why some
duplicate while others don't.
I think it's safe to say that the folks at Microsoft have no idea what's causing this (which is why we're always pointed to the Help page so that we can "try" things). It's likely that this is being considered a very low priority, which means it'll be up
to us to solve. So, if you have any information, thoughts, or suggestions, please share with the group.

A recent response was identical to what I was previously advised, and it has the same problem now as it did before: You instruct us to go to Your
Phone app help and then read the sections
"Why are some of my text messages missing?" and "I've tried everything, but I'm still stuck. What should I do?". As I previously noted, there are no sections with those titles, so asking us to do this is pointless.
