Can't repair windows

I have tried so many ways to repair my computer but still non of them are working . My PC is saying "Windows failed to start . A recent hardware or software change might be the cause . To fix the problem ......

I tried via automatic repair , it couldn't fix my problem after that I tried with system restore to the earlier point , but iit' showing no restore point detected .

I even tried by booting from usb usb flash drive and after that it sayings "Windows file is loading" and then windows 7 logo appeared and then it stucks , A black screen appears and now i am in trouble .

Please help me to get rid of this trouble.

    Hi,

    You would boot with it just like you would Windows Installation media...

    If it will not boot on it's own, you may need to select your CD\DVD Drive or Flash Drive from the Boot Options available on the manufacturer's screen you see when you first power on...

    Of course, if the media is not created properly it will not boot either...

    after entering these commands I got this result but not succeed , I select the partition 1 because it was the 500mb disk and I saw this disk in my computer as system reserved .

    Hi,

    According to your picture, you do have a "System Reserved" partition, which is where your boot files are...

    Just to be safe, and make sure it is marked as the "Active" (boot) partition, run these commands...

    Enter the commands  below at the command prompt and hit Enter:

    diskpart

    list disk

    select disk 0 ( or disk with OS\System Reserved)

    list partition

    select partition #         ***Note***   Select the "System Reserved" partition...

    active

    exit

    Then run this from the bootable command prompt also...     bootsect /nt60 C:         (No Slash)...

    Then reboot..
