2019-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB4489899) -Error 0x8007371c
2019-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2 for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64 (KB4486553) -Error 0x800703f1
These two automatic updates failed. Any ideas?

2019-03-13T11:35:28+00:00 The error on the .Net framework update seems to indicate the Configuration registry database is corrupt. I suppose something like that could cause a problem for an installer in regards to the 1809 Cumulative Update.
There is probably a way to repair your .Net install but I need to do some research, unless someone else already knows.
Actually this may be a good idea if you can help me solve it.
