Thanks for the video! it just stops right away doesn't it...

I'm going to keep digging on this end. Again, I'm feeling like it's a piece of hardware. I think it'd be a good idea to see if you reach out to the manufacturer to see what they say as well. They may have some insight on this.

    Hi Antonio

Are you able to boot into Safe Mode, to see if you can manually install the required drivers for your new hardware . . .

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart

Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode

Once in Safe Mode, backup your data if you do not already have a backup

Open Device Manager and check to make sure all your Drivers are up to date

Reboot to see if Windows will start Normally

If that does not work for you, is this just happening since you replaced all the hardware components?

If so, you may need to clean install Windows 10, there could be an issue loading a driver for that new processor or some other component on the new mobo.

I don’t want to pass the buck, but I think giving the place you purchased the PC from a shout is your best option. If you can, find the hardware diagnostics and take a pic of that, as they may ask to see it. (Or, if they are like HP, they’ll have you do troubleshooting via the phone to prove it’s dead)

With everything you’re telling me, it absolutely feels like a hardware issue. I was hoping you could run the hardware diagnostics if you had any... but I think you’re on the right path. If it’s freezing outside the OS (Ex. Booting to media) it’s probably a piece of hardware. Bad ram, motherboard, or yes, the SSD.
