Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)
Go to Privacy - Background Apps
From there you should be able to stop the Your Phone App and other Apps form running in the background of Windows 10

I have noticed that … Yourphone.exe … is running all the time.
Can this app be stopped from starting and if so … How do you stop it? ...

2019-09-25T02:25:26+00:00 FYI - on my tablet, the code line is cut off at "-AllUs" I was trying to figure out why you were giving instructions for finding the | when it wasn't in the code you gave.
And the way others have written it, it looks like there's superfluous spaces. So, for anyone who was struggling with reading the instructions off their mobile devices too, best to go to it on your PC and copy/paste.
