Missing display / toggle for adaptive brightness in windows update 1809

When will be the next update to fix the problem of missing the toggle to turn off the adaptive brightness in windows update 1809? This is a big issue for me in work.  Waiting for your immediate answer. 

I am Using Windows 10 64 bit and currently updated to build 1809 (latest)

Laptop: Acer Swift 3

    I too am facing this since last year with my Dell Inspiron 15 Gaming 7567.

    Device Specs:

    Device Type: Laptop

    Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz   2.80 GHz

    Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)

    System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

    Windows Specs:

    Edition Windows 10 Home Single Language

    Version 20H2

    Installed on ‎10-‎03-‎2021

    OS build 19042.928

    Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0

    finally found the soluntion for intel 11th gen laptops. open intel graphics settings find the power option and turn off display power savings. this solves the issue(u have to click on the 4 boxes

    I've decided to type up my first ever post on these forums just to thank you. This is what worked for me. Was driving me insane!

    THANK YOU! Just turn off power saving in Intel Graphics plans.

    Again, what is the OS build number?  hit the Windows key, type winver, hit the enter key.

    You will get a popup like this;

    The fix can be out any time as this issue is reported to Microsoft. Microsoft doesn't release a calendar of its fixes, so no timeframe can be given. But it will definitely get fixed. Just keep your Windows up to date.
