I am having brightness changing automatically and randomly, I am trying to follow the guide, Right Click on home screen =>click on AMD Radeon Settings afterwards I don't see any display tab, Im so tired... :(
Missing display / toggle for adaptive brightness in windows update 1809
When will be the next update to fix the problem of missing the toggle to turn off the adaptive brightness in windows update 1809? This is a big issue for me in work. Waiting for your immediate answer.
I am Using Windows 10 64 bit and currently updated to build 1809 (latest)

I'm having the exact issue that started this thread and the 1809 then 1903 update.
To answer your above question and changing the "Display power saving technology" has NOT effected the issues in any way
"your brightness doesn't automatically change between plugged in and battery" - YES this is the issue
"but you can change it manually or you can't change it at all?" - Yes I CAN change it with no issues.

are you saying that after disabling "Display power saving technology" your brightness doesn't automatically change between plugged in and battery but you can change it manually or you can't change it at all?
