I have looked everywhere in settings & control panel, & there is no longer a troubleshooter for hardware & devices. All of the other troubleshoot options are still listed , & there is no "view all." In 1803 I could access it in " update & security" then chose "troubleshoot" & it was the 4th one listed under "find & fix other problems" where "keyboard" is now. Unless Microsoft will come up with a fix, I guess the only solution is to go back to 1803?

Please note that Hardware and Device troubleshooter was removed from Windows 10 starting from the build version 1809. The Hardware & Devices troubleshooter had the lowest daily usage was usually run in tandem with other troubleshooters, therefore it was determined it was no longer needed and specific troubleshooters should be used instead (i.e. Bluetooth, audio, etc.).

After a couple hours, I fixed my problem. For reference, here's what I did...
The specific problem I was having was that my webcam worked in some apps but not others. ( Works in OBS, Discord, doesn't work in Facbook Messenger, Google Hangouts, Windows Camera ).
The camera didn't show up underneath Windows camera privacy settings, nor underneath any settings in Google Chrome.
I tried reinstalling chrome, resetting the Windows camera app, reinstalling the Windows camera app, reinstalling my webcam driver, running the windows device diagnostic ( msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic ).
What finally fixed it for me was uninstalling my current Windows Media Feature Pack, and installing the Windows Media Feature Pack x64 1809 ( I have Windows 10 Pro N 1809 ).

So how can you troubleshoot hardware that is not listed otherwise like the camera?
Did Anyone Find a Fix For USB 3.0 ports I go to Device Manager and none of them Have the Exclamation Mark But Still Not Working Please Help
