I recently bought a Nokia Lumina 640 because i want to get some windows phone games for achievents. The first thing i try and download gives me this error.
I have searched and searched and i cant find a definitive answer on what the issue is and how to resolve it. It seems to be some error with my network, but what error? Is it a port thing? What ports does it need?
I did the steps the microsoft website suggests, which were to: manually change my time, manually sync my email, make sure to update my microsoft account, and finally, to reset my phone. None of that worked so i am looking for real answers.

This error usually comes up when there is a problem with the store on the Microsoft side. Usually the problem is resolved in a few days, please do not do anything with your phone, router or any other piece of equipment, no resets or reinstallations will make any difference and you may lose apps which are no longer available in the store. The solution can come only from MS and the only thing you can do is wait, no matter how frustrating it is.
I'm using Microsoft Lumia 535 dual sim.
Currently this is running on Windows 8.1 and I'm facing horrible trouble with downloading apps form Store. It repeatedly says Error 805a0193.
I wanted to update to Windows 10 or fix the above error. If Microsoft stopped its support to Windows 8.1, Please at least allow to get upgraded to Windows 10. To get updated to Windows 10 we need to download Upgrade Advisorfrom Store. and download from is stating the same 805a0193.
What should we do Now?

Does anyone in the whole world actually know what the error code 805a0193 actually is? Somehow I doubt it. Over the last six or seven years (or the day after the thing was released) people have been asking, Why can't I do this that or the other or - download apps especially and what does the error code 805a0193 mean. A quick search will bring up zillions of questions, but no answers - well not good ones.
Microsoft even had the temerity to say this may be 'helpful'
After four Lumias - Three of which I believe were cynically bricked by Microsoft I want to know why my 1020 which I love has been condemned to the scrap heap?
And I want a definitive answer to the question - Why can't I download apps and what is error code 805a0193?
Also if support had ended a year ago, why did I receive a critical update that shafted my phone...I would love to throw it at the temple of a Microsoft employee - but I love it too much.
(That would be my next question...How in heavens name could you muck this up so badly? A better phone user experience there isn't (when it works of course), It is the best phone I have used - How did you manage it?)

Olá. Recentemente, resolvi baixar um aplicativo na loja e apareceu o erro 805a0193. Tentei resolvê-lo e não consegui. Criei uma nova conta na outlook e o problema persistiu. Depois restaurei o meu celular e não deu em nada. Já verifiquei a minha internet, e ela está funcionando perfeitamente. Sincronizei a minha conta e já configurei a data e hora do meu celular, está tudo ok. Creio que o problema é da loja, pois muitos que possuem o windows phone estão reclamando desse mesmo erro. Tentem resolver esse problema, por favor.
