Unable to update Windows 10 to v1809. Freezing at boot after reboot.

I am not being able to update my windows 10 device. After all the update files downloaded, I restarted the system (2 times). But it freezes at a boot screen like the image. It doesn't boot up. Even the keyboard isn't working at this time. And after I force shutdown using button and restart again, it takes too long to restart. And everything is back to normal like previous.

Am I doing something wrong here? Is it only me facing this issue?

How to solve this or update my system? Someone, please help me.

PC specs:

RAM 32 GB

Graphics: NVIDIA 970

CPU: Intel(R) core(TM) i7-5820K @3.30GHz 3.30GHz

64 bit

I've installed a UXtheme patcher and a theme. If its the problem here.

Tried this with no go, but I don't have a safeboot option in the BIOS

I am having the same issue, I thought my CPU or MB was broke, so I bought a 2700X and X450 mb.

I set up my 5930k & MSI X99s XPOWER AC board and installed 1803, and it worked fine.

Updated all drivers, and it worked.

As soon as I install 1809, it freezes immediately on the WIndows 10 boot screen.

I was able to get 1809 to install, by creating a bootable media with both x86 and x64, and hitting F8 at the loading screen to do the install in safemode.

The problem there though is after I get into the desktop, as soon as I install any motherboard or CPU drivers it either BSOD's or on reboot same freeze.
