Unable to update Windows 10 to v1809. Freezing at boot after reboot.

I am not being able to update my windows 10 device. After all the update files downloaded, I restarted the system (2 times). But it freezes at a boot screen like the image. It doesn't boot up. Even the keyboard isn't working at this time. And after I force shutdown using button and restart again, it takes too long to restart. And everything is back to normal like previous.

Am I doing something wrong here? Is it only me facing this issue?

How to solve this or update my system? Someone, please help me.

PC specs:

RAM 32 GB

Graphics: NVIDIA 970

CPU: Intel(R) core(TM) i7-5820K @3.30GHz 3.30GHz

64 bit

I've installed a UXtheme patcher and a theme. If its the problem here.

sorry but that link does not seem to work.. I guess since it removed your email due to privacy issue? I am not sure.. oh well.. I really need that bios with my 2080 ti.. Hopefully it will go live real soon:)

I noticed that. This bios is released for me for the X99S Mpower motherboard.

I asked MSI to put it on the page instead. The reply:

The BIOS we sent to you is a beta BIOS. It won't be released on MSI website. You can download it and flash it by M-Flash function to use. This BIOS we sent to you only fixed the Windows 10 1809 issue. Thanks!

After that, I told them to do it since we have all people here. The reply:

We will reflect your suggestion to relative departments. Currently please use the beta version. Thanks!

The ticked at MSI if someone else want to push them.

Hi WickedScav, I just called MSI Support to ask if I could also get a copy of the beta BIOS update. They told me they don't give out pre-release version of any drivers / firmware / BIOS updates and couldn't direct me to an official source. Any chance you can tell me how you got your hands on this patch?

and it doesn't crash/brick after a while? what cpu are you using?

So far my system is as stable as with 1803 and the previous BIOS. Just tried 3dmark Time Spy Extreme and other CPU stress tests, no problem.

thats weird as we have the same system. On me everything Works fine until i turn my pc off (and leave it for a longer while). Then when i turn it on, the bios configuration resets and the bios bricks (stuck on POST). To fix it i have to reflash the bios :/

M.7 Works on me, but anything later then that crashes and fails.

This doesn't sound like the issue anyone experiences here for the moment at all. My guess is, this even has nothing to do with 1809 at all but could be some sort of hardware defect (motherboard?) or maybe a bad flashing or corrupted BIOS image...
