Windows Brightness issue after the 1809 update

hello , Yesterday I installed the 1809 update , and today i noticed that each time i restart my laptop the brightness level is being reset automatically to 0% or 25-50 i'm not really sure , and after windows will boot up , i will need to manually adjust the screen brightness again to 100% . I searched the web and i found this https://www.windowscentral.com/windows-10-october-2018-update-common-problems-and-fixes#fix\_brightness\_windows10\_1809 , and it might be an update issue i think  , by the way , my power plan is set to maximum performance and my laptop is always plugged in , and solutions or ?

    Microsoft Rolls Out Windows 10 19H1 Preview Build 18262

    We fixed an issue resulting in the brightness sometimes resetting to 50% after a reboot.

    Please note that build 18262 is the skip ahead preview evaluation copy of win 10 that will be released next year.

    The adjustment slider on the display setting and at the display setting under ease of access have been removed from the setting app and have been gone from a few versions back as well.

    No, you need the full command:

    C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe "(Get-WmiObject -Namespace root/WMI -Class WmiMonitorBrightnessMethods).WmiSetBrightness(1,75)"

    Why it should be v5.0 there is no such folder on Windows 10...where do you get that v5.0 folder from? no one ever said that!

    a.) You don't need do bother with PS x86 or x64, simply follow the instruction, you only have to use the command in task creation no need to create any script file or execute with PowerShell x86 or x64 directly, it will use the PowerShell executable located in the directory specified by the command listed in the corresponding post

    b.) (Get-WmiObject -Namespace root/WMI -Class WmiMonitorBrightnessMethods).WmiSetBrightness(1,75)

    The second parameter of WmiSetBrightness specifies the percent value

    Ok, got it.

    So in Task Scheduler the command would be:

    (Get-WmiObject -Namespace root/WMI -Class WmiMonitorBrightnessMethods).WmiSetBrightness(1,75)

    OR:

    C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe "(Get-WmiObject -Namespace root/WMI -Class WmiMonitorBrightnessMethods).WmiSetBrightness(1,75)"

    Also since the other user suggested to create a scheduled task with the option: Select "Run whether user is logged on or not" I'm pretty much sure that Windows will ask for a password, I do not use a password with this pc, local account, no password, so what password should I enter??
