hello does anyone know how to fix Sihost.exe- systems warning  hard error unknown in windows 10 I can not open pc other than safe command prompts but tend to use safe command prompt or command prompt due to other seem to lock up

happen when downloading sound driver update

    TechGuy27, I have not followed th instructions to reload my Surface. They are to complicated for me and require locating tech support to complete the steps.

    I have a 1.5 lbs 8x10 paper weight. If a fluke and not the norm; how is the issue corrected?

    This is terrible advice. You can download Win 10 installer for free online from another computer, but yea go waste $50 on ebay. I am sorry if you really have to wipe and reinstall but you probably just got a bad machine. Apple computers also have their share of issues. As an IT professional who has deployed thousands, possibly tens of thousands of Windows machines, I have only seen this error once and didn't need to do a full wipe. What happened to you was a fluke and not the norm.

    This happened to me after an update , i unplugged my lan cable and restarted the computer and in the login screen i signed into my wi-fi and when i wrote my password , i fully signed in , try that before you do any of the complicated things everyone else is telling you to do.
