Hello, my issue is, when after i close any game or any fullscreen application my taskbar icons (close to the clock) it becomes blurry and some disappear...

It should look like this...

After i close a game it turns into blurry icons and some disappear, at this stage is there other bug, it not let me take any PrintScreen, when i try to send the picture to the Paint it becomes a black picture, cant take any desktop picture or fix the blurry icon, unless i reboot computer...

Differences between upgrades:

1709 the issue is almost the same, but its only on the blurry icons.

1803 there are 3 issues, the blurry icons, a few disappear and cant take desktop PrintScreen

I hope you Devs can tell something about it...

PS: This is not important since the update is not released yet, but there is other issue that i find in 1803 with AMD driver, the latest 18.3.4 the system wount boot, it stays stuck on Windows logo, 18.3.3 and older updates works like a charm

PS2: The issue is not on my end, the issue is presented on 7 machines with random hardwares.

The next version, 1809, is currently at the escrow build 17751.1.

17751.1 removes the pre-release watermark, and I've been running it on my main PC for a couple of days without issues so far. The bottom line is 1809 fixes the annoying overflow notification icon/window issues (the jury is still out on blurry icons, but again the onus on that is the app vendors themselves to implement them properly).

If you're seriously annoyed by the problem, you might consider enabling Insider Preview to get to 17751.1, and then disabling it after the public release in October.

Update 09/07: 17755.1 was released, and continues to be good for the notification overflow issues.

Update 09/11: 17758.1 was released, still good.

Just another quick update...there was an RS5 build 17744.100.1 that was released a couple of days ago, and I haven't seen the jumplist font scaling issue with that, and the notification overflow icons are still good (I haven't seen padding / missing problems either).

Jason also called me today, to convey that the Windows Defender and other Microsoft teams have engaged on their blurry icon problems. In all likelihood that issue will be resolved for MS applications when RS5 (version 1809) is released.
