    I'm not sure I know what you are saying.  I downloaded the two updates and ran them manually while connected to the Internet.

    Yes, the update loaded manually to your computer will run without being connected to the internet. The notes to the update indicate that is true as well.

    me2. happens on my HP Spectre. my other 2 Surface devices don't want to install this update even I force to check for. seem MS has withdrawn the April one?

    so sit and wait for a fix...

    Thanks for the response. Update- i continued to force shutdown and then startup the computer until it didnt load correctly. This gave me the option to go to troubleshoot options and clicked the restart system and just re installed the whole windows 10 and this time it maintained integrity and booted up properly and this fixed my login issue however it wiped everything. I didnt have much on it but just an fyi for anyone who does this way.
