Microsoft Refund Dept.

I also received a call from "Microsoft Refund Dept.". Since I didn't pick up they left a computer generated message stating her name as Kathy Jackson from tech support and to call 877 721  7434. for my refund. The reason I am posting this is I wanted to see if anyone else received such messages. Imagine my surprise when I realized the first comment about this subject was posted 2013!!! That was five years ago. Five years of people being scammed, losing money and whatever else. How could this still be happening without them being stopped? And the first one I saw was from the Netherlands, meaning this is an international scam.  AND it was on this site. Doesn't anyone at Microsoft oversee their own site?

I had on May 22 2018 had a virus and had to pay 300.00 dollars to remove the problem by a company that were thur microsoft, but I asked why it were listed under another company and now I've been getting a call about a refund that would have to go thru western union,if not than PayPal, but when I said I didn't have either it asked for information on my bank account.I asked them about the refund in a form of a check but they said it would have to be returned back as such this way.I asked 2 question, the first were why were this company per@shoppcpart were ordered to close, they told me only the company has the full reason but didn't give any details to why.the 2nd were if I got this refund would it undo the repair that were done on my desk top on May 22 2018.now I'm wondering who's who.I've been tring to contact some one here in the United States about this issue with and at microsoft that number one speaks englsh fully because all these companies that work under and for microsoft makes it impossible o know who really you working with.microsoft need to be responsible and needs to be more proactive in investigating these companies they are associated with.I when to one bank must this morning about being on he look out for activities on my account.but I still would like a real microsoft representative to contact me about this issue being that I've tried all kinds on way to find a real microsoft representative to work with on this issue.I also what one to check with my purchase on May 22 2018 to make sure I were dealing with microsoft.here my number [Mod Removed -PII] my name is Milton thank you, every number I've tried and avenue I've tried has failed to contact microsoft directly.so now it time someone from microsoft contact me directly..it time for them to follow the paper trail.this is important.

I starting to wonder if it help them for the consumer I buy more product once all the scam and viruses an be spreaded thru your computor so it's beyond repair and you with have to buy new equipment.I sometimes believe they hire some of these companies just o have these benefit to have you replace your equipment.all in the window of the sub contracts so with end 6 month of the end of the sub contracts scam and viruses start.remember, they can't sell you one if you already or one that works well.
