Dear Sir,

my windows 10 64-bit version 1709 updating this KB4093112 updates in a loop, that is initializing, downloading (no download stream since the 2nd loop), installing (counting from 0% to 100%), after that, the installation restarting as a loop, what is wrong with that?

I tried restart my PC but nothing help

This workload keeps my CPU working in 60% and above, HDD working in 40% above somethings (max 100% before restart), RAM usage 45%.

Can anyone help on this?

hardware configuration:

Intel CPU i5-3450S 2.8GHz

RAM: 8GB

HDD: 1TB drive C; 2TB drive D with bitlocker locked

Display card: AMD Radeon R9 380

I was getting an error code: 0x80070bc2 when trying to install KB4093112. Following this step help resolved my problem just minutes ago:

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows\_10-update/error-0x80070bc2-when-windows-10-update-trying-to/ba4053f2-acec-43db-9305-bca3cc2b8b0c

  • Right-click on Windows key and select Command Prompt (Admin).
  • Type the following commands in Command Prompt window. To execute them, press Enter after each one.

SC config wuauserv start= auto

SC config bits start= auto

SC config cryptsvc start= auto

SC config trustedinstaller start= auto

  • Finally, restart your PC and try to install the update that was previously returning the 0x80070bc2 error.

Did you choose the right processor and the cumulative download?  It worked for me, Error 0x8024200d was gone after a reboot.

I still have the same problem. It's not US. It's your update. Nobody wants forced updates. The whole reason many of us have never bothered to update the pc is because the updates slow down the computer, add useless garbage like microsoft store and many other things never touched, and even break our computers. I am at 15 retries. The software even keeps track of its failures. Nobody wants these force update. Nobody wants these xbox live crap. Nobody want swindow stores. Nobody wants your apps. Nobody wants your force microsoft edge and internet explore that takes up space. I am sick and tired of these problems. I just want to use my computer. I want to use my computer. And these restarts every time I load it up aren't good for me. Make this update optional so I have the choice to remove it. Because I really dont care about downloading an update that fixes internet explores.

I mean is this the biggest joke ever pulled yet?

    • Addresses an issue with printing content generated by ActiveX in Internet Explorer

Look at this long list of internet explore issues.

Like who still uses microsoft explore and let alone this edge garbage?

    I use google chrome.

It does what it's supposed to.

    RUN FASTER.

NO USELESS WIDGETS I NEVER ASKED FOR.

NO MAGIC PENCILS THAT TAKE MEMORY SPACE.

    JUST SPEED.

    FASTER LOAD SPEED.

    FASTER BROWSING.

    FAST.

    NO RESTARTS.

    NO BUGS.

A SECTION WITH PLUGINS WHERE WE CAN CHOOSE TO DOWNLOAD MAGIC PENCILS.

This is something WINDOW doesn't do.

This is something INTERNET EXPLORE OR EVEN THIS NEW THING "EDGE" on my computer will ever do.

The only purpose those software had was to allow me to download SOMETHING BETTER.

Right now. Since windows 10. Microsoft have been suffocating us with their useless inginuity.

I am at 2 hours of my time wasted and this isn't even the first time.

To think this assistant garbage would want me to do a clean install on my computer to ressolve something AT YOUR END is hilarious.

I am not going to waste my time looking for any more lazy fixes. Give this to your superiors. Make this update optional and make the rest of your useless updates optional was well. Because nobody gives a damn about internet explorer. And I am not being rude to any MS forumn moderators. I am sending this to the idiot who thought it was funny to waste people's time. The only effectiveness these marketing strategy have is putting in people's head to avoid all microsoft products.

    Microsoft people? Avoid.

    Microsoft music? garbage.

    Microsoft anything? Garbage.

    TL;DR

Make every update optional. Because your updates are no good if they break something else trying to fix something nobody gives a damn about.

This is why I hate wins 10. Force update that breaks your PC. What does this update even do? Fix things for INTERNET EXPLORE. INTERNET EXPLORE? Who the hell still uses that? 2 hours spent waiting and waiting for this PC to start just for an INTERNET EXPLORE UPDATE? I DONT EVEN USE EDGE. What a joke. Where's MS head at?
