Hi,
I'm not sure why it is not recognizing your USB drive, or freezing with the network cable... I'll need to think about that...
Some drivers may have been damaged or something...
For the shutdown\boot problem... Turn off Fast Startup... Hopefully that will resolve that issue anyway... maybe some of the others also...
This feature only works when you do a SHUTDOWN and then Boot.
It doesn't effect a RESTART.
To turn it off or on...
Go to Control panel...Power Options, and select Choose What the Power Buttons Do on the left.
Then select Change Settings That Are Currently Unavailable near the top center of screen...
Lower down on the window, uncheck Fast Startup.
BTW... Glad to hear it finally booted to the SSD anyway... That's a good first step...
Another thing... It is always a good idea to do a Restart after any kind of change to Windows, before doing a Shutdown... Even with fast Startup turned off... Doing a Restart is a really big deal when Fast Startup is turned on... The changes don't usually
get saved properly..
