A temporary fix is to use the key combination Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B
I think it resets the graphics driver. Note that your screens will go blank for a second.
Hopefully the issue is resolved in the new build being released soon.

I got a problem that keeps appearing sometimes when i maximize my windows in windows 10. It looks like this:
How can i solve this? I'm running a dual screen setup and windows 10.

2020-09-08T00:18:33+00:00 The display on my laptop desktop is fine - no black band at the top and bottom of screen - but the display on my monitor had a one inch black band across the top and bottom of the screen, in full screen mode. Is it about adjusting the border using the monitor functions? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
