State of Decay 2 crashes on startup

My friends wants to play the game with me but it keeps crashing on his computer for some reason. My game works perfectly fine. We both got it from the Microsoft store, but whenever he launches the game, it crashes on the logo screen. I went on the game forum but found no solution.

    But any my specs are,

    16gb ddr3 ram

    GTX 750 graphics card

    Quadcore cpu AMD (forget the actual name of it)

    AMD mini mother board (also forget the name of this)

    The only problem my pc would have with this game would be my graphics card which is a GTX 750 it worked for a week then an update came out and it wouldn't work after that

    Same here. I actually did an entire reformat and reinstalled. Worked for a bit then wont start, then moved it to a different drive, worked for a bit then wont start again.

    Tried the language fix

    Tried reinstalling it four times now.

    Tried updating windows- it is.

    Tried services fixes with windows update.

    Nothing works.. moving around from drive to drive fixes it for like 2 or 3 games then it wont start again.

    I'm giving up until this works correctly.

    So my issue is that the game tries to talk back to microsoft before it will launch.

    I have issues with my router needing to be bounced.  When it is having issues I can't check for windows updates because it can't talk to the update service.  When I can't check for update the game won't launch, it just closes after hanging when is says to press any key.  Reboot the router, I can check for updates and the games launches.
