As of recent, when connecting any pair of bluetooth headphones or devices, I would get stuttering problems where when using bluetooth headphones, the audio would frequently cut in and out randomly, and it would frequently disconnect, even when it was fully charged. And yes, I've tried to fix the issue by disabling audio enhancements, but it hasn't helped at all. Additionally, I've had problems with other bluetooth devices where they would also frequently disconnect. Is there a fix to these problems?

I was having the same issue and had tried everything including reinstalling drivers wifi as well as BT but nothing worked. Finally, I read somewhere that it is the enhancements in the headphone mode which are causing this issue, turning them off completely solved the issue for me!
Best way of doing that would be to START>SETTINGS>TROUBLESHOOT>PLAYING AUDIO>Select the headphone mode of the device you are having trouble with!
I have some new Sony wireless, and have had this same problem since I got them a few months ago. Sometimes they work fine, and sometimes not. Restart, disconnect, forget, etc. would sometimes work and sometimes not. Tried pretty much everything listed here. Initially it seemed like it was a telephony issue, but that stopped helping. Updated drivers, stated and stopped all sorts of things.
Finally I found soehitng that worked preceisly when i turned it off: Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI). This is listed under Bluetooth in Device Manager. I was initially just looking to turn of and on the Bluetooth, but on my iMac, in boot camp the "Apple Broadcom Built-in Bluetooth" cannot be disabled (only uninstalled). Not really wanting to uninstall, I tried disabling the RFCOMM, and viola, the headphones worked perfectly, and have since (although time will tell).
No idea what this does but the bluetooth keyboard and headphones both work fine so....
I'm having the same issue trying to use QCY T2C with Windows 10. For some reason it works perfectly on Android, Ubuntu and MacOS, but not on Windows 10. And everything a 10 pages long thread with more than 500 "thumb up"s gets from Microsoft is a copy pasted consultant reply to use a **** problem solve tool which has never in human historyhelped to solve an actual problem. Very nice

Same. When bluetooth mouse is connected I have no issues, but as soon as I start moving the mouse, stuttering.
