Having Bluetooth Stuttering Issues on Windows 10

As of recent, when connecting any pair of bluetooth headphones or devices, I would get stuttering problems where when using bluetooth headphones, the audio would frequently cut in and out randomly, and it would frequently disconnect, even when it was fully charged. And yes, I've tried to fix the issue by disabling audio enhancements, but it hasn't helped at all. Additionally, I've had problems with other bluetooth devices where they would also frequently disconnect. Is there a fix to these problems?

    Hi All,

I was having the same problem lately.

Though this might be a reply too late, or someone might have figured out the correct solution by now.. but if someone is facing the same issue still.. there might be a possible solution.

the problem might be with the interference:

Please switch the WiFi to a 5GHz band instead of 2.4GHz band and then connect the bluetooth device. The 2.4GHz band of WiFi might be interfering with the very close 2.45GHz of bluetooth.

Some please correct me if I am wrong.

I tried this on a fluke, and it worked fine for me. No updates, or patches required.

Well, worked for weeks after this repair, then just  stopped, nothing seemed to hep. Rebooted in OSX and the bluetooth, while working fine for the keyboard, couldn't find/add the headphones.  I put in the bluetooth USB dongle that  I was about to return to Amazon and that fixed the probelm, again, for now anyway.

So for me this may be a Windows 10 issue but may be a bad/poor bluetooth adaptor.

In my case too. When I turn off WiFi the audio quality is good. As soon as I turn it on, the stuttering starts.

In my case (travelmate 6292) stuttering stopped after disabling 'hands-free telephony' in Service tab. Thank you very much for the hint!

I have this issue running Windows 10 on my iMac. Using Apple keyboard, mouse and trackpad. Only happens when I use Apple input / pointing devices. If I use a different bluetooth mouse/keyboard (not Apple), no issues. Go figure.
