Windows 10 Stuck on “Restoring your previous version of Windows” loop

I have a laptop running Windows 10. I updated Windows 10 last night. I start up my laptop today and it’s stuck on this loop where it’s on this screen that says “Restoring your previous version of Windows” I have no idea how to fix this. Please help.

    That doesnt help if you cant start the computer in the first place

    I saw my name under the System Restore tittle and I clicked on it. But when i went to type in my password it would not it me. I even went as far as resetting my password and i tried to type in the updated one. Still does not work. Any suggestions?!

    I pressed it repeatedly (I also have to hold down Fn and press F8 as fast as I can). Sorry that this fix is not working with your PC.
