Windows 10 Stuck on “Restoring your previous version of Windows” loop

I have a laptop running Windows 10. I updated Windows 10 last night. I start up my laptop today and it’s stuck on this loop where it’s on this screen that says “Restoring your previous version of Windows” I have no idea how to fix this. Please help.

    I had to resort to doing a clean install to resolve this problem.  Painful, but it was the only option I had left.

    Same problem here.

    Stuck in "restoring your previous version of windows". Can't access troubleshoot by pressing Shift while starting. 

    Please need help.
