Automatic repair couldn’t repair your PC

I spoke at length with someone from Microsoft. He took the time to listen to the facts that this and similar issues have been going on for many months in my year and a half old computers bought new from a major retailer. This being at least the third time that issues have happened after windows does its update. Three times I paid to have windows reinstalled and supposedly remove my data and reinstall.  I did have to give over control of the computer to Microsoft personnel and he found the cause of my particular problems both in my working and non booting computer.  The motherboard and the BIOS are not made to work with Win 10 . It clearly shows that these computers (purchased as Win 10) are actually  Win 7/XP platform. They will crash each time Microsoft sends an update. The second Microsoft person said that I should have investigated the computer parts and checked them out before buying them, but couldn't say how or where. The first Microsoft person suggested getting in touch with the manufacturer of motherboard. They confirmed it was never meant for Win 10 and they can do nothing about it. Retailer says it is 1 1/2 years and I should have known that they lied about the computer and complained during warranty period.  Assembler said it is my fault that I allowed the win 10 updates. I hold out little hope but am now up to the credit card company. I have left out the names of the companies only because I am not sure they are allowed here.

Just wanted to also say that I have came across this error and was not able to get the PC to boot normally. Went on youtube and they did have some videos showing the same process but still the same. It comes down to the bootrec /fixboot where i get access denied. I've seen youtube on other ways to fix this problem which they mentioned had to do with the type of windows 10 installer or revision that may make this portion work. 

I'm at a stump and as a last resort may need to pull the hard drive from the PC and slave it to a working PC to pull all the necessary data from it then place it back in the PC then reset it to default. And reading from threads others have reset the machine to end up doing it again because of the update. 

Microsoft please do something!
