Ms solitaire collection error code 121003

In windows10 left click the notification button in the bottom right,left click the setting button,then apps,in apps and features scroll down to microsoft solitaire collection left click then left click advanced options left click reset.this brings up a bow with reset on it,left click this.Once the tick appears you can start the game.when the 121003 code box appears click cancel,when it asks if this is your first time click the yes button,it will load your current stats so nothing is lost.only trouble is i have to do this everytime i shut the game down.

I got Solitaire to work by disabling my ad blocker.  If you block any ads, xBox will not start and the rest just stops.

Microsoft games are not opening. Microsoft solitaire is not downloading.

As an IT professional, nothing is more irksome to me than when an end user insists the problem is with the me and not the way they are trying to use the software.  If you were my customer I would patiently explain the problem and how to use the product properly.  Since you are not my customer, you get no such courtesy.  

Oh, and just to prove how dense you really are, the instructions say to click on the ellipses next to the QUESTION, not next to your REPLY  When you do that, you get the option to unsubscribe.  As i will be doing in about two minutes.
