I've done that, no help to receive there. No one seems to know what the error code 121003 mean so I'm wondering why you are creating error codes that you don't understand yourselves?

2018-06-13T02:09:34+00:00 Hi Loraine:
I have been having this same problem for the last four days too and I have tried ALL of the suggested fixes in this thread. I am using a Dell desktop with Windows 10 Home, Version 1709. The only thing I can add is that the "logo" or "icon" for the app has also disappeared from my taskbar and Start menu. Hopefully someone will figure it out!
