I've done that, no help to receive there. No one seems to know what the error code 121003 mean so I'm wondering why you are creating error codes that you don't understand yourselves?

    Try deleting your windows live credentials following the steps provided by DorisHamme in a previous post

    Yo me temo que este problema se debe a que microsoft hasta el 24 de mayo dió acceso a la versión completa por el aniversario 25

    I am afraid that this problem is due to the fact that microsoft until May 24 gave access to the full version for the 25th anniversary
