    85% of the time my UHD xbox store purchased movies will not stream. Especially on Weekends when you truly have time and are ready to watch. This is miserable. I have gigabit internet and am hard wired. Netfilx streaming 4k HDR titles on the same device work perfectly with no hiccups when testing during uhd xbox failures. I have purchased many of these UHD titles and have this issue no matter the title. Couldn't watch a movie I just purchased last night. Wouldn't stream but only for a few seconds. Rebooted, checked connection speed 800 megabit download and 50 megabit upload. Still movies won't play. I may seek a refund. This has been happening for over 6 months. Very rarely am I able to take advantage of movies I have paid top dollar for. Shameful.

    Also it only crashes around evening time so around 5p. M. 6p.m

    Im getting the same error code of 0x000005b4. It applies to all of my owned content. Time of day is irrelevant as it never loads the movies whenever i try. Located in East Coast United States GMT-5. Other streaming providers work flawlessly (Netflix, Hulu, Sling TV)
