I'm getting this error code also.  I'm wondering if this has something to do with xfinity, or comcast slowing down streaming to anyone not renting movies from them.  They just got the green light from this administration that they can go ahead and do that.  I didn't realize it had started already. Who here has comcast or xfinity for their internet service? Are we sure this is a xbox/Microsoft problem?

Oh, so this is due to President Trump? Really?? It has nothing to do with Microsoft not having the infrastructure to support streaming uhd? Can i blame my ingrown toenail on "this administration"? Or how about a hurricane, that MUST be due to "this administration" giving mother nature the green light...

Same exact error message. Purchased the UHD version of Spider-Man homecoming on my xbox one gears of war edition and have been trying for hours to just watch the movie. It's been trouble September 16th 2100 mst to September 17 0100 mst . Im in Nampa Idaho and i have never had this issue, but this is the first time I have bought a UHD movie. No issues streaming on Netflix youtube or funimation apps

I ended up solving this problem by just hardlining into the modem. I assume, since i was using wifi it just didnt have the required amt of broadband but the hardline fixed it

Same exact issue.. Tried every troubleshooting option for the past few days and still nothing.. Trying to watch Dragon Ball Super Season 5 Episode 2. I purchased the entire season along with the previous 4 seasons, but this is the only episode having this issue. Can we have an update already. It's clearly something on Microsoft's end.
