    it is not fair to sell this movie and then it keeps freezing. i wouldn't mind a refund on this or at least credit to purchase something else that won't work

    Tonight I attempted to watch Kong Skull Island UHD and it buffered 4 times in the first 30 minutes. Tomorrow I will be calling Microsoft and requesting refunds on all my purchased UHD movies. They are unwatchable.

    Yeah.  This is getting overly ridiculous now.  My wife and I have spent a few hundred dollars on movies from the store, and we haven't been able to watch any of them properly for months.  Haven't bought anything new from the store (and absolutely refuse to until this is fixed).  I'm almost beginning to feel like that we should be compensated for not being able to properly watch things that we've paid for.
