I am having the same issue; namely, when I try to pair my keyboard (to a Win10 Mobile device) it sees the keyboard (Listing it as a "Bluetooth 3.0 Keyboard, Input") as available to pair. When I touch on the keyboard to pair and it asks for the pin. I do not know the PIN and there is no default PIN for the device. (I attempted to pair the Keyboard to an Android device, the Android device generated a new PIN and I entered that and it works with that device).
It appears that I need to wipe out the Win10 device's previous association with the BT keyboard so that I can start the pairing process again, but I cannot find any documentation on how to do that.

2020-03-06T18:01:28+00:00 Hey all, who had the same issue and can't reset the device because they can't find the proof of previous connection with the keyboard. You have to go to Devices and Printersin Control Panel, then click Add a Device. You will try to connect to the keyboard through this screen, which will still show you the "Enter a Code to Connect to the Device" message, as well as a new "Or, Enter A Code on the Device" message.
