Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter Device download

I cannot find the Tunneling Adapter download. I have tried the solutions that have been given, and nothing works. Where can I download it from?

    I'm still doing this crap and so far I've learnt you cannot have both the pseudo interface AND the adapter showing at once. I've endlessly tried with this and the same result is having both the softwares switching positions.

    I will say, since the big April Update (2018) my Teredo Problem is gone. I can now connect to things like Xbox Servers and Party Chat.
