Trying to buy a game off Microsoft Store but it keeps giving me that message.

    Hello,

    In rare cases, user profile corruption can affect the Store app's performance. To troubleshoot the issue, we suggest creating a new user and see if you can purchase a product using the Store app on a different user profile. To do this, simply follow the steps below:

    1. Select the Start button, then select Settings  > Accounts  > Family & other people > Add someone else to this PC.
    2. Type a user name, password, password hint, and then select Next.

    Once done creating an account, log in and try to purchase on the Store app.
