Forza Horizon 3 crash on launch

I have an issue with Forza Horizon 3 where if I try to launch the game, it instantly crashes. There is no popup for failure of any sort and it just looks as if nothing happened, just as if I closed the game right away. My computer is faster than needed to run the game and is updated to the newest version of Windows 10. I have seen many ways to fix the issue but none work. If anyone knows how to fix this, that could help not just me but allot of other people.

    I have same issue on Xbox One X console. Earlier game working fine. When i press loading screen A-button to start the game, game crashes. I tried everything! Re install the game and every dlc, vip, carpack one of the time. I destroy saving game file. Other games working fine.

    I want my money back if the game doesn't work!

    ** IM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGED DISKS WITH THIS PROCESS** Tilt the console up on its back end at 45° and then insert the disk or fire up the installation. Have it launch and continue to hold it there until it's loaded. Seems sketchy but it worked for my hardline when I played console. Make sure if it's a disk you dont ring it by shaking the console or dropping it

    I am having the same issue. I do not have any DLC installed just game. nothing works for me I get to splash screen then dekstop.

    The account that you have on your pc needs to be the same that you use for Microsoft. Go to the account settings and make sure it's resigned in as the Micro account and you'll never have issues again.

    Honestly I can't believe that this actually fixed the problem. This is definitely a Microsoft Store issue.

    I have this problem since last year and I have tried everything that has been suggested in many sites including Forza Horizon forum. I can not believe that this very annoying issue has not been fixed yet.

    This really forces me not to buy any other game from Microsoft. It is a pity because I like Forza Horizon but I am really upset with all the time spent trying to fix it.

    I FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT! The account you use for the Microsoft store must be the same as the local account on your computer. Go to the settings and swap them there. Then restart and sign in and play
