Solitaire collection events cheating

Maybe if you ponder over this problem for another two years you might get closer to the solution.

Go to Facebook's Microsoft Solitaire Collection page and send a message.

They do respond...and recently indicated (i.e. Monday) that

"They are still working on the problem."

That being said, the Microsoft technical team has also told these Facebook rep's that there is NO PROBLEM...and that we are not backing out properly!

So, yes...please send them a message!

I also forwarded your response to them for further confirmation that it is an issue.

How exactly can we contact this technical support? Maybe it would help solving the problem if more of us complain and describe our issues?

Today I had to pause playing the Event, so I backed all the way to the main menu, thinking that was safe. When I returned, after finishing the next challenge, game added 1 hr 20 min 23 seconds to my solving time!

That aside, game also crashed twice, both times after the Santa Claus ad. If ads are crashing the game, then MS please suspend ads until you resolve the problem.

I appreciated your analysis of how certain players may be cheating or otherwise devising methods to achieve unbelievable times.  However, I think you have missed the mark.  Today's Microsoft collection involves 30 games, ranging as usual from easy to expert, of 5 solitaire varieties.  Currently the quickest time is 16+ minutes.  No method of normal cheating or paranormal skills can explain this.  My conclusion, after pondering this problem for a couple of years, is that these people have discovered a way to modify/alter/stop (????) the timing clock.  There can be no other explanation.  Clicking through all of these games could not be done in such short order with a coach looking over your shoulder and telling you every move (quickly).  Also, some games are inherently long.  For example, a full completion of a spider game involves moving around and solving a game with 8 decks of cards.  That's 416 cards for one game!

 Of course there is stilll cheating even though there is nothing to win!

People who regularly beat the Events in under 1 hour can be grouped together, and so on. How hard would that be?!

As said before, it is not cheating if there are no rules to cheat.

Not only hard, but impossible. How to draw the line, what score is "cheating" and what is a pure genius? Why 30 min? But you can do that grouping yourself. As I said before, there is a "Friends" Leaderboard where you can add all those that you know or believe are not cheating, like some people from this thread. That way you can both have a reference of your personal liking and a bizarre score at the Top100 Leaderboard. So Micrososft already solved it, we just have to learn how to make the best of what we have.

Another thing is that I am curious to see how would the Top100 players score if every now and then they play without using tricks.

I would also like to know the best times of the non-cheating players. But how can I tell who they are? One option is to have a place, like the above mentioned Facebook group, where gentlemen would declare themselves as non-cheating. That place may attract top players, so there we may form a list of skillful non-cheating players.
