Amazon Device randomly showing up on Network.

Original question:

I've got a random Amazon KFAUWI device showing up on my network as a device beside my driver for my router. Can anyone help? I am sure it is not a device in my house, as everything is set to something we've done or one of our names. Can anyone tell me if i'm stupid or if this is a general happening?

    My problem was solved.

    It turned out that I was on my neighbours network instead of mine.

    My pc's powerline adapter was syncing with his router's adapter instead of mine and I was on his network wondering what the heck all these other devices were. It dawned on me what had happened when I saw the router MAC address didn't match mine. 

    The only explanation we could come up with is our row of 4 houses must share the earth connection. 

    I now only use wi-fi but if had to use the powerline would use MAC filtering.

    I have a device called "needle" showing up. Handset detection says it's a fire tv 3. Here's the properties window:

    This time it's AFTN.

    Hey 

    if you have a smart devices that is connected to your network example: smart lights, Alexia , smart thermostats ,

    can't it be the reason that is connecting  ?

    Best OPTION IS DISABLE WPS from the router  ,

    Change your network name and password and try to hide the network name , maybe this will help 

     none of my smart devices are plug on network yet . i do not see Austin on my network  since i made the changes
