2017-12-06T04:00:07+00:00 When I unchecked option 3 it disappeared so I think you 2nd computer probably already had that unchecked, but I'm not sure.
I hope someone else can help you with the 2nd computer as that's all the information I have. (Glad to hear one computer is back working OK again though)

2017-12-06T03:55:47+00:00 This solved the Windows Update problem on one computer, but not on the other running the same version (Win 7 Pro, SP1). The second computer didn't have the option to update other Microsoft programs, so I couldn't turn it off. It's still not updating.
On the first computer, it seems to be updating again, but I really need to have the other Microsoft programs updated. How do I get this back on? The option to enable this has disappeared!
