I am having the same issue with my TP-Link Archer T9E WiFi adapter after updating to the new Fall Creators Update 1709. This is the response from TP-Link that I am given:
Merchant response: Hi,
The Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709 has affected the compatibility of several makes and models of PCIe Wi-Fi Adapters, including our Archer T9E. Our development team is diligently working to address driver compatibility; however in the meantime they've
discovered that updating Windows 10 to the 17025 Insider Preview Build has resolved the compatibility issue, which indicates the current state of compatibility is directly affected by Microsoft's update.
If you're interested in installing the Insider Preview build, you'll need to join the free Windows Insider Program at https://insider.windows.com.
We greatly appreciate your patience while we work to address this matter. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to e-mail ******@TP-Link.com and we'll gladly follow up with you.
Thank You,
TP-Link Customer Support
So, Here I am at the Microsoft (Who created this issue) trying to get some kind of help from them to fix what they caused in a product I paid good money to use and all I get is a virtual agent that does nothing but solve easy issues. So I must resort as
all who use this new (sarcastic) wonderful OS that was supposed to be so fantastic in the beginning but has failed drastically so many who depend on it daily. Guess I will just have to AGAIN go back to version 1703 and receive no updates from here in out.
Pretty said from a company who dominates the industry yet fails to provide a fix to these issues thousands of people are having. BILL GATES!!! GET YOUR PEOPLE IN LINE!!!!
